科研項(xiàng)目

 

　　主持的科技項(xiàng)目主要有： 1） “食品組分相互作用及功能因子活性保持技術(shù)的研究”（國家“十一五”科技支撐計(jì)劃重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目“功能性食品的研制和開發(fā)”其中一個子課題）；2）仙人掌天然抗氧化產(chǎn)物純化、結(jié)構(gòu)鑒定及其抗氧化機(jī)理研究（廣東省自然科學(xué)基金）；3）電化學(xué)生物傳感器的研制（廣東省科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目）。4）香菇儲藏過程質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)開發(fā)（橫向項(xiàng)目）；5）含香菇多糖保健食品分子量、含量測定及指紋圖譜鑒定（橫向項(xiàng)目）；6）多糖口服液中不同分子量多糖免疫活性比較研究（橫向項(xiàng)目）。
